![]() I also put overseer here, it's much better than an observer imo it can make changelings & it can contaminate. I also have overlord as A tier because it's supply that can scout. Chargelots are incredibly strong, Marines & Lings scale extremely well with upgrades. Though spellcasters are hard to use, if used correctly they're amazing. My A was mostly spellcasters & the basic unit of each race. ![]() It's nice to know that even the unit I considered the weakest is still used/has a place. If you went SG & are facing say a 3 Gate Robo where the opponent is making Immortals you do want Void Rays for that bonus vs armor. If you go Stargate you'll want a Void if you're against Roach rush, if you're massing Skytoss + Storm & your opponent has hella Corruptors you don't just want Carriers you also want Void Rays. The only unit I put on D was the Void Ray, but Void Rays still do have a place at high level. I'm impressed with the overall balance of this game. A Probe can make a structure without having to sit there like an SCV does & without dying like a drone does, also they can cannon rush. Queens cost no larvae, they inject, they spread creep, they transfuse & they have great range vs air.Īll workers I put as high up on the list (A for SCVs & Drones). The only two units I put as S were Probes & Queens.
